There are 14 National Parks. The most prominent among them are the National Parks at Kirthar, Kunjerab, Ayubia, Hingol, Deosai and Machiara where animals namely Markhor , Snow Leopard, Blue Bull, Chinkara, and water animals such as Gharial and Green Turtle could be seen. You shall find Pelicans, Mallards, Cheer and the Coot in the category of birds as also shrubs and plant like the rare Barbery, Wild Olive, Juniper and Gerardiana.
